Rameshwar M. Paswan
Rameshwar M. Paswan is founder of Kemiserve. He has about 20 years of experience from the oil and gas industry globally and worked with several oil and gas companies in Europe, Middle East and Asia. Rameshwar brings over two decades of hands-on experience in Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR), Well Stimulation, Acid Fracturing, Scale Management, and Production Optimization across global oilfields. His expertise lies at the intersection of geoscience, chemical engineering, and production technology, enabling him to lead Kemiserve’s technical vision with precision and purpose. Under his leadership, Kemiserve has evolved into a trusted partner for operators and service companies worldwide—delivering advanced software solutions, specialty chemicals, and performance-driven engineering support. His commitment to innovation, client value, and operational excellence forms the foundation of our culture and our mission. He holds degrees from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Imperial College London and Babson College, USA. He has long experience with chemical trading and supplying chemicals to Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE and South Africa etc.
